UK Spouse Visa Extension Fees

Hi there,

I'm planning to apply for the 1st spouses visa extension for my wife, she's been in the UK for almost 2.5 years (since entry).

From the online application form, I see the IHS fee is £1,000 however are there any other fees apart from this i.e application fee, biometric card fee (she already has one) etc..?

According to your previous posts, she arrived in the UK in November 2017. It's too early to apply.
