Does anyone know about changes to Apply for ILR in 2020

My tier 2 visa will expire in August 2020 and my total years in UK would be 9 years and 7 months then. Does anyone know about any changes to take place in 2020 for me to apply for ILR without salary cap of £36,200 through 5 year route?
