Hello Friends,

Just wanted to know do background checking happens for Income Tax as around 70,000 rupees are been shown less so i am showing part time of uncle by showing fake salary slip and salary certificate. So please tell me will it cause any impact on my case...? Please reply

If you get caught (which you will be) then you will be given a 10 year ban.

Work hard and earn enough money, so that you get sufficient points for Tier 1 Visa.

A Tier 1 (highly skilled) applicant asking if it is okay to submit fraudulent documentation!! :?

As mentioned above, if caught, you might end up being slapped with a 10 yr. ban from entering UK. Hope you are aware that such a ban will certainly jeopardize your (future) career plans to work in any foreign country (and not just UK).

If you have already submitted your appln, WITHDRAW !!

If you havent done so already, wait until you actually finish your degree/gain experience/earn enough money !!

People like this guy are the reason they are taking so long to process the last of the HSMP applications, while the rest of us are forced to wait and wait, losing the jobs and study positions that were offered to us if we could only get our visas on time. How I hate him.

these days things are connected and everything is computerized and they can check the background very easily, You must not try to present the false statement and wait for proper time to apply for HSMP or find another way to come to UK.

You must not try to bypass the system as this can come back and bite you.
