Marrying another EU citizen after being granted ILR

Person A - EU Citizen with Permanent Residency and settled status
Person B - Non Eu Citizen with settled status (ILR) as unmarried partner of A

Person C - EU Citizen with settled status

After 8 years together relationship between A and B terminated.

Shortly after Person B meets Person C and they start a relationship, move together and are thinking on getting married in the UK.

1. Would this pose any problem as B was granted Settled status as the family member of a different EU Citizen?

2. When giving notice to the council I understand that the council notifies Home Office when either bride/groom are a non-eu citizens. Would this still be the case after having ILR?

So long as B and C can prove their statuses, there will be no more problem in marrying than British citizens would have. As things currently stand, it seems unlikely that EU citizens will start having to further prove their statuses immediately - the Immigration Bill to remove the privileges of EU citizens in general has not yet been republished. B should have admissible physical evidence of settled status, rather than relying on access to an online database to demonstrate settled status.
