ILR - PLEASE ANSWER THIS QUESTION!

Salary On Application Form Does Not Match P60

I am on a 5yr work permit and will be eligible to apply for ILR soon. My question is does it matter if the wage stated on the work permit application form does not match the pay slips or P60? I was paid lower than what was stated on my application form for a year or so and then paid higher after.
