Hi Everyone,
I'm hoping that someone could help me in my situation, please.
I'm currently under Tier2 visa General issued on the 16th March 2015, together with my dependent wife and 2 children.
Main applicant (husband) - arrived in the UK on the 1st April 2015.
PBS dependants (wife and 2 children) - arrived on the 26th June 2015. Will there any issue if they apply the same time I apply for my ILR?
Our BRP expiry date will be on the 16th of March 2020.
Husband and wife - passed the Life in the UK test
Can we all apply at the same time for ILR?
Do I need to apply from UKNARIC for their Visa and Naturalisation services to satisfy the requirement for English knowledge or I can use my previous UKNARIC certificate (the one I used when I applied for Tier2 Visa) confirming that my degree is equivalent to UK Bachelor's degree?
Wife has previous IELTS equivalent to CEFR B2 (taken 5 years ago but not used as part of PBS dependant Tier 2 visa application if I remember it right), can she use it to satisfy the English Knowledge requirement or she needs to go for English Knowledge Exam with HO approved test centre?
I submitted her degree (BSc in Occupational Therapy + MOI certificate confirming that the degree was taught in English) to UKNARIC but the equivalent to UK degree is below the UK Bachelor's degree. For this reason, UKNARIC won't process our request. Is there any other route? Do I need to get a UKNARIC certificate or I can just upload the degree and the MOI certificate to satisfy the English knowledge requirement rather than spending £150 to sit for a 10min exam?
All advice and help will be much appreciated and whatever the outcome will be shared in this forum.
