Residence Permit Lost but Traveling in 1 weeks time and 2 months time

Hi there,

I've lost my BRP in the UK today, as a permanent resident. This complicates things because I am travelling:

1) to Malaysia in 1 week's time for 10 days
2) to China on 3rd April 2020 for 8 days

I'm feeling quite distraught but I guess I should take some action quickly.

My question is can I start the clock for a replacement BRP in the UK now and apply for a one time entry BRP visa straight after that? What do you think my options are?

Hoping someone could help me! Thank you so much...

*Edit - Considering it could take 3 months for a replacement BRP to arrive, I'm hoping starting the clock now would get me my replacement in time for my China trip since, I don't want to apply for a one-time entry BRP twice...
