Dear members,

My company started advertising for RLMT purpose on 19/07/2019.

They have applied for a restricted cos on 31/12/2019. HO still has not notified anything on the RCoS application.

My question is, is it correct to say, even if my company gets a RCoS after 19/07/2020, there is no point assigning that CoS as the applicant will be rejected visa (as 6 month ends on 18/01/2020 by which assinging of CoS needs doing.)
