can anyone please help me to know what is my actual relationship status ?
I'm EEA family member recently divorced (January 2020 )I'm applying for naturalisation soon I'm currently in relationship with British citizen and we have son together we are in relationship for almost 5 years now in naturalisation application there is question about relationship status so am I Divorced ? or I have to choose unmarried partner ? and if It's unmarried partner do I need to show my partner British passport ?

If unmarried partner is an option then select that one, otherwise divorced - partner's passport is not required.

If unmarried partner is an option then select that one, otherwise divorced - partner's passport is not required.
