Accommodation for flr fp

Post by ssasi2020 » Mon Jan 20, 2020 9:14 pm

Hi, based on susuggestions i got from my last post on ILR. It looks i will have to extend my visa flr fp under 5 year parent route rather than applying for ilr under set lr.
I just wanted to ask here about accommodation requirement. I am living in a shared house (3 bedroom) total 3 people living. Me , landlord and other tenant. I rented through spareroom website rather than estate agent. Landlord has provided me copy of contract generated from spareroom website. I have a son who lives with me few nights a week. For which landlord has mentioned it on the contract.
Do i meet accommodation requirement. Will the letter from landlord be enough or i need more on this??
Thank you.

See topic on accommodation (click).
Thank you. It looks the accommodation is sufficient. Do i need to provide immigration accommodation certificate from council, which is £275 in my area. ??
