tier 1 Points for bachelor Degree...unique case..help

Hi,

I have few doubts abt bachelors degree.

I have my BCA done tru distance education and i have got NARIC letter of comparability for the same stating equivalent to UK degree.

My question here is :
My course duration is 2000 till 2002 (3 years) and i complted the degree in 2004 and got degree certificate.

As I had 3 subjects due i completed later in year 2004, will this be problem for gaining points for Degree for Tier 1.
If i mention in the vaf forms the duration is 2000 - 2002 and Degree awarded in 2004 ?

Will there be any problem...I am confused pls advice and help.
