Applying ILR 10 year long residence route while under spouse visa

Applying ILR 10 year long residence route while under spouse visa

Hi everyone,
I have one questions about my visa. I came to UK for studying since 2011 and i switched to spouse visa on 2017. from that time, i am working in UK under spouse visa. I will renewal my visa this year under spouse visa. However can i ask you whether i can apply ILR on 2021 because i will be legally living in UK for 10 years on 2021. So i do not need to wait until 5 year IRL under spouse visa route. Please help me thank you.

Yes you can apply ILR under 10 years of long residence route provided you never overstayed/breached visa condition etc
