husband living in scotland

i am applying for a 2 year visit visa to uk as i have one 6 montj. my fiance lives in scotland , and is a EA national. what options do i have for UK spouse visa. EEA family permit or EEA residence card after i get my 2 year visitor visa to uk

What EU nationality exactly is your husband??

None, until you are married.

Now, if he is working in the UK, you could marry outside the UK (e.g. in Norway or Denmark) and use the UK visitor's visa to travel to the UK today and then tell the UK Immigration Office that you are exercising EU treaty rights - they remain fully valid until 23.00 on 31 December 2020. You will need evidence of marriage and his exercising treaty rights, e.g. by employment.

my parents also have visitor visa , can they also after my marriage take residency in UK for 5 years and then permanent ?

exercising treaty rights --- he has bought two franchise here and got National insurance number--- is he done with exercsing treaty rights ?
