Hi,
I'm applying for the Irish Citizenship by Naturalisation (Non Eu 5 years residence based). Both Ireland and my my country are part of the Hague Convention. Do I need to have the Apostille Stamp on my Birth Certificate?
My plan is to get my Long Form Birth Cert. there, get a translated version by a professional translator here and get a solicitor/peace commissioner to make certified copies which I'll send with my application. Will that be enough? I'm asking because I couldn't find any mention of the Apostille Stamp anywhere and I know it's required for people applying for Italian and Portuguese citizenship back in my country.
