Tier 2 dependent extension documents required

Hi
can the members please clarify the following:
1- my wife is applying to extend her visa as a tier 2 dependent. I was on tier 2 but have since naturalised as a british citizen. does she need to provide proof of cohabitation for 2 years? from the guidance on the ukvi website, it seems she does not need to provide this as it is only needed if ' last grant of leave was not as their dependant'.

2- Are the following documents sufficient:

⦁ Wife's bank statements for 90 days to show maintenance
⦁ wifes passport and Brp
⦁ marriage certificate
⦁ husband's passport
⦁ daughter's passport (british citizen born this year)
⦁ daughter's birth certificate with husband and wife's names
⦁ husbands bank statement for last 30 days
⦁ Letter from GP for wife
⦁ Council Tax letter bearing both husband and wife's names
⦁ Bank Letter for wife
