BRP issuance after Refugee Status

Hi everyone,
Can anyone tell how long HO takes to send BRP card after getting asylum decision letter of granting refugee status(ASL4826)?Can I apply for a job using this decision letter only?

It takes between 7-10 working days. I think you can get a job with the just the letter at the discretion of the employer - but the majority would like the BRP

Its the 15th waiting day since i got the decision letter but I couldnt get BRP yet :(!!
