hi everyone hopefully you are all having a nice time
i have a question
what will happen when home office withdraws from hearing
basically i applied for my brothers eeu extended family member,he got refused at first without right of appeal,then tribunal allowed appeal,
we had a hearing in two week in court but today received a letter from home that they have withdrawn the appeal
i am bit confused what will happen next,what to expect

Probably you have win the appeal before hearing.
There is nothing to worry about.

i m just confused that they might not put something else this time(if they give decision again) and i’ve to go through all this again,i mean again appeal etc.
