Citizenship and driving offences

Hi
I am applying for naturalisation and was wondering where I need to declare my driving offences
1.2019 SP30 speed limit 30 mph went for a course
2.2019 exceed SP70 speeed limit and got 3 points and £100 to pay - paid
Please advice as I don't know if I will need to tick the box 3.1 (YES) if I was convicted at any point ? Or (NO)? If No then where I need to mention about FPN, on page 22, where is space left?

They are not convictions. Add them under the other information and the end, if you wish to.
