Apply Tier2 General dependent Visa from India

Hello Gurus,

I need your help in the following please.

I was on Tier2 ICT dependent Visa from Dec 2017 to December 2019 and currently working in IT.

The company I work for sponsored Tier 2 General and I am now the main applicant. I have returned to the UK in end of Jan 2020. My spouse and kids are still in India and I need to apply for dependent Visas and bring them to UK. I am currently staying with my Brother and family (who are UK citizens). I am aware I will need an address proof. So, I have changed my Brother's address as my current address in my Bank Account.

Please advise, if this is sufficient to apply for dependent Visas for my family as I want to bring them back to UK at the earliest.

If additional documents are required from my end, please advise what other documents I need to submit to apply for dependent Visas for my family. Also, please advise what documents should my spouse (who is correctly working in India) need to provide to apply from India.
