GOOD CHARACTER

Post by fimboz » Tue Feb 25, 2020 9:34 pm

I have had indefinite leave t remain since 2008. I have the following convictions and wonder if its worthwhile applying for citizenship or a waste of money;

1) Failure to provide alcohol speciman (January 2001)
2) Drive whilst disqualified
Drive without insurance excess alcohol (April 2001)
3) Drive whilst disqualified
Drive without insurance excess alcohol (April 2001)
4) Drive whilst disqualified
Drive without insurance excess alcohol (April 2004)

Its been 16 years since the last conviction.

It should be ok as more than 10 years have passed, assuming you did not get a custodial sentence.
