Documents required for the child's British passport renewal from outside of UK?

Please can someone give me the checklist of documents required for the child's British passport renewal from outside of UK?
Child and One of the parents is British citizen and moved out of UK. Other parent is still in UK with ILR.
We are planning to applying from outside of UK.

Overseas British passport applications.

I have seen this and it eventually takes to a page which says:
Check the guidance notes to find out which supporting documents you must send with your application.

That guidance notes also does not help much.

According to our situation, we think we need to provide:

1. Child's 2 passport photos
2. Copy of Previous passport all pages
3. Previous passport
4. Full UK birth certificate
5. Parent's naturalisation certificate

Not sure if we need to provide any address proof of the child.
Not sure if we need any other documents also.
