I currently work for the UK Government as a Civil Servant, and my non-EU wife works and lives within the UK on a family or a settled person Visa. If I were to take a UK government position in Spain and take my partner with me, would she be protected when we seek to extend her UK family of a settled person visa? Thanks, Chris.
