Visit visa for parents

Hi, I am planning to apply for my parent's visit visa. In application, it's asking for details of my grandparents. I do not have the date of birth for my grandparents. I tried to put 1 JAN 1900, but it does not accept. Can someone please guide me. Thanks

Is this for an Irish visit visa or a UK visit visa?? You have posted in the UK visa sub forum.

Maybe you were using different pattern than their advised one. Different forms have different patterns such as 01/01/1900, 01-01-1900, 1st January 1900, 19/01/01
