VFS Customer Survey initiated

Minor correction - It's not a VFS survey but a survey initiated by UKBA in effort to improve visa services worldwide. And most of the questions in the survey are related to UKBA websites / information on such websites / guidance notes or leaflets.

Doesn't even offer (any) opportunity to share negative / positive feedback in detail about the UKBA appointed VACs ... except rating your experiences from amongst 4 choices.


Not a VFS customer survey, but at least an avenue to let UKBA know of the quality / level of services offered by VACs appointed by them! Survey is open until 05-Sep.

I, for one, have pointed to them the following mal-practices followed by local BHCs which prove to be harassing to Tier 1 applicants:

1. Applying rules retrospectively to already made applications ( for example 7 days rule). This is especially bad since candidates are confused by multitude of documentation.

2. Rules not being consistently applied by local BHC's , and lack of documentation for current rules in practice. (for example no mention of accommodation details required for Tier 1 applicants and it is still being asked by Indian BHC's).

3. Contradicting and confusing documentation (for example VFS India website and BHC website both have their Tier 1 rules pages, and they are inconsistent in many aspects)

You may complain about other difficulties which you might have faced
