RESIDENCY APPLICATION FOR SPOUSE OF EU NATIONAL

Hello to all
A friend of mine wants some help.
He is an EU National living and working in the UK. His wife is a NON EU National and traveled to UK from Spain without any sort of a visa. She is now living in the UK.
To apply for a UK residency, which form his wife should use?
Any more information is much appreciated.
