CBIL effect on T1 Ent ILR

Hi

My friend is on T1 Extension at the moment. He has already invested £200k and is looking to apply for Corona Business Interruption Loan.

1. Will it affect his T1 Ent ILR application ?

2. Can he apply for Employee wages assistance benefit as announced by GOV (for the 2 employees he has on payroll for his job creation) ? does it affect ILR ?
