Hi, we've just booked our biometric appointment in chelmsford, however, we didn't quite understand the booking because we wanted to get our documents scanned alongside it, but it didn't give us the option. Does anyone know if we're able to pay for that service at the appointment? Thank you.

How much did you pay for the appointment?

If the appointment is at an enhanced service point, which it most likely is, the document scanning is included.
