hi,
i applied from VFS hyderabad on Aug 1(initial application.) Called up BHC chennai on 14 aug. They said it'll take another 15 days.

I applied EC on 11th Aug 2008 From Cochin. (Under translation arrangement).

No idea about Integra verification.

These are my application details:

Type : Fresh Tier 1 General
Application date : 11 aug, 2008
Applied at : VFS Cochin
Status : waiting for integra..

Till time me, bank, HR didnt ot any call from integra :(

Status: Appl forwarded to british high commission

when i check VFS website and even in SMS i am getting the same message as my status it has been 6 days and no progress yet. Any idea from Aug applicants is my application progressing or BHC have not yet touched my application yet? I made cash payment so i got my ref number immediately.

Just got the visa stamped for 3 yrs

here are the timelines :
Applied: Aug1 from vfs hyderabad
Type: Tier1 general initial application
Integra: No idea
Recieved: 5 Sept

I have applied EC under transitional arrangements on 20th Aug 2008. Still Status says "Application forwarded to British High Commission" Can anyone share is this normal?

I got HSMP approval in march 2008. At that time maintenance of funds is not there.

Now I am planning to apply for EC, do I need to show the proof of maintenance of funds?

I have also applied EC under tranistional arrangements and this message is showing for everyone. U can call the embassay to know more about the status.

You have to show maintenanace funds for 3 months.

I have balance in bank, but during 3 month speriod I have debited some amount for one week and credited back again.

If I mentioned these details in covering letter, will they consider ?

Also If I show my fixed assest like plot/Flat with CA letter as proof of evidence, will they consider.

In application form they are aksing only bank account details.

Please help me...

Hi laksman

I think it should not fall below 2800 pounds at any point of time during 3 months otherwise application will be rejected.

i think u have to show liquid cash only

i did show 2800 pounds in my citibank act. all i did is got the statemnet with the bank seal and signature on all the statements paper.

My Application status

Applied: 21-Aug-2008, Tier - 1 General Fresh Application
From: VFS Bangalore
Updates: Integra Verification Obtained by BHC (confirmed via mail).
When asked for approximate days it may take for making a decision, they said that they are not in a position to give exact/approximate days which are required for making a decision.

Guys, Can any body say any thing on this?
