ICT tier 2 short term and long term total tenure

Hi ,
I came to UK in ICT tier 2 short term [1 year] visa and on April 2016 stayed for 11 months [finished the term]
Returned to home country in March 2017
Then applied for ICT tier 2 long term visa [5 years] and came back to UK in June 2017.

Now I have to apply for extension, Can you advice me the maximum eligible stay for me in UK.

Because some are confusing by telling My tenure starts from April 2016 as I have not served the cooling period from short term to long term and can be eligible till April 2021.

But my New ICT long term visa starts from June 2017, So I am under impression that can stay upto June 2022

Can you please advice me on the above.

June 2022, i.e 5 years on your existing visa route
