employment will start on 01-Sep-2018.and finished
employment on 01-Nov 2019...

i have completed my 1 full time job with in 12 months period ... and other

2nd job i have completed 11 months , i have unpaid for three months .. but still employee is on my payroll on that time .. i did pay 11 months to my 2nd job instead of 12 months ... my both full time

For each position, you need 52 weeks of full-time work. Count the number of weeks worked in each full-time position. A Part time position cannot be treated as full time on its own

Hussian

Just thought below informtion might be helpful for you.

https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus ... -residents

(If you are on a Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa and your business has been disrupted
You no longer need to employ at least 2 people for 12 consecutive months each. The 12 month period you are required to employ someone for can be made up of multiple jobs across different months.

Time when your employees were furloughed will not count towards the 12 month period.

If you have not been able to employ staff for 12 months in total by the time your visa expires, you will be allowed to temporarily extend your stay to give you time to meet the requirement.

These arrangements will continue for applications made after 31 May 2020, where the jobs you are relying on were disrupted due to COVID-19.)
