Can expect UK Visa extension after May 2020?

Hi team,

Any one here, heard anything about extension after May 2020?

Do you know is this still under review and any possibilities of extension to be happened?

Any idea if that is going to happen then when we can expect announcement as we are close to 31 May?

I understand many are stuck in UK and Visa expires after May 2020 and cannot travel to home country due to travel restrictions.

There are no news yet, but with the current situation it seems further extension is inevitable.

Ok, I am also believing for extension.
It is very painful to wait to hear update from HO. I can see many articles are talking about need of extension but no news from HO yet.
Dont know anybody is also waiting for extension in this group.

I bet it's very frustrating that they haven't given the update and it's only couple of weeks until end of May. I was lucky enough to extend T2 one day before they closed down, had it not happened I'd be in the same shoes.

There is no way that they will not extend it, as international flights are still not that available or too expensive for many. I don't think any country is forcing temporary residents to leave during a lockdown.

Good that you escaped from this difficult situation in one day before the lockdown.
I agree, they have to extend. I will wait and nothing we can do.
Also I believe they give atleast two month of extension so it is easy for all to go in good time.

I think they will extend it by a month for now
