I think it depends how many ccjs and the personal appreciation of the caseworker really. There isn’t precise guidelines on whether debt and ccjs constitutes an indication that the candidate isn’t of good character. Guidelines say that the application should be refused only if there is clear evidence an applicant is pilling large amounts of debt with no intent of settling it.
Bankruptcy in the other hand will lead to a refusal.
I personally got approved for citizenship and have many debts, including a ccj.
