Non EEA Reatin rights family member with settled satus

Hi All,

I hope everyone is good,I am non eea national having EEA Reatin rights visa staus from jan 2019.Before i have got divorced my partner had excessive employment gaps and we didn't had CSI. So i applied for settled status based on 5 year long term live i received settled status in APR 19. Now i have got married to non eea citizen.
Am i eligible to sponsor spouse visa? Please suggest me. Thanks in advance.

Hello

Yes you are eligible to bring your wife to the UK if you meet the £18600 revenue threshold and accommodation requirements.

Your wife won't be able to use EEA routes or EU Settlement Scheme as you are not an EU national.
