ILR while on Maternity Leavd

Hi All,

Asking on behalf of a female colleague who's on maternity leave and is about to file for ILR.

Does being on maternity leave has any impact on ILR as employee salary is somewhat lesser ?

She is bound to complete her maternity leave post ILR ...

ILR DUE : Sept 2020
Resuming back to work : Nov 2020
