SURINDER SINGH PRE-SETTLED - NO BRC?

Hi all, I hope you're keeping well and safe.

My husband was granted pre-settled status under surinder singh on 15 march 2020 however he hasn't recieved his BRC. He's never had an residence card and we came on the EEA FP route.

Does anybody know how I can get a BRC for him, does HO send them automatically?
