Yes. It is currently £1000 for a 2.5 year spouse visa extension.

IHS is increasing in October.

We’ve gone through all the application form, we paid, everything has been sorted until we found out, in declaration online we put yes ( in which we are not allowed to edit anymore) but in the paper we just realised it should be no in part 2 and nothing to declare in part 3. Please help what shall we do?

Usually there are some joint named cohabitation evidences for which the 2nd declaration is being signed by the sponsor. Maybe you have done that correctly at earlier. Part 3 is irrelevant as you knew already.
