BRP replacement under EU Settlement Scheme

Hello Everyone,
Can anyone share their experience of replacing the EU Residence card under the EU Settlement scheme. So far I could only apply online and wasn't able to book biometeric appointment due to Covid 19. I am still not clear what documents to take with me for the appointment. Please if someone could share your experience and timeline that would be of great help. Many Thanks
