Tier 1 dependent to ILR QUALIFICATION

Post by Khan51214 » Sun Jun 21, 2020 9:01 pm

Hello all members,

Need help regarding my wife visa .
I already received ILR IN FEB and Daughter Received British Passport in March.

My wife applied for tier 1 enterprnuer dependent visa got 1 month visa valid from 14-09-2015 to 14-10-2015 then she travelled to uk on 29 september 2015 and picked up her BRP from post office .

Now my question is

1)when her Five year period start date from date of entry or date of issue visa first visa?

Her recent extension will be expire on 19-07-2020.

2)Can i apply her ILR on 19-07-2020 because biometric appointments are already delay and book biometric appointment after 29 aug 2020 she will be eligible to Apply for ILR on 14 Aug 2020 or 29 Aug2020 to save application fees or hassle ?

3)Is this possible or still i need to apply for extension first and then switch her application to ILR using (SET O form) ?

Help will be appreciated as you guys helped me alot before.

Thanks in advance.

It's from visa issue date. You can directly apply for her ILR as long as you book the appointment within 28 days of her completing her 5 years

It is a NO. The system will tell you what documents to send at the end. Make sure to provide cohabitation documents too

Who pays is irrelevant. Your wife signs part one and you sign part two only
