ILR dependant visa fees - Job in shortage occupation list

Dear admins,

I am on ILR and previously I was on Tier 2 General visa(Both current and previous jobs on Shortage occupation list) for a different employer.
I would like to apply for dependent visa for my wife who is living in India.

The fees:
Dependent visa comes to around £1500 (applying from outside of the country)
And surcharges 1200£ for 3 years.

Am I right in thinking that because my previous/current job is on SOC list, my dependent visa fees will be reduced to only £483. Even if she is applying from abroad? Surcharges remain unchanged?
