comming back after 15 months

First of all Sorry for duplicate post. I posted wrongly in child benifit section, so i have to do it again.

Hi
my brother has compleated his MSc from scotland and was given 2 years fresh talent visa. He left uk immediately to get a job there and now its 15 months he is absent from uk. He dint get the job in india. Now that he wants to come back and worried about his entry at heathrow air port.


What doucments he needs to bring for entry (police clearence etc.) or does he need to take entry clearence for british high commission in india.
Any comments and help in this regard would be highly appriciated.
