Dependents EXt .Main applicant ILR application in Progress

Dear Seniors
Can you please guide me as my ( main aoplicant) ILR application is in progess ( rount 5 year Tier 1 enterprenuer).
But my dependents (in UK with me) tier 1 dependents leaves is going to expire in first of August, so I am planing to apply in end of this month.

1- Dependents apply PBS dependent visa
2-is there any option in application form that I have to chose that what is visa of main applicant
3- what documents need to attached we (me,my wife and kids) are living togather in UK.
all your guidance will be highly appriciated.

I am not familiar with whats in a form. Cohabitation documents can be any document
For IHS, simply put an expiry date that brings the IHS to 3 years

Two more questions as my wife and kids joined me in UK just 5 months before, now I am applying for their extention Tier 1
can you please guide me about.
1- is it ok only Cohbitation evidence for 5 months, or do i need to add evidence of relationship when my wife was backhome.

2- do My wife still need Police certificate when she apply for her extention visa, as she is in UK just 5 months before.
