Hi All,

I understand its too early to get an answer but trying my luck if I can get an answer from you guys.
I came to UK as ICT Dependent and current doing a permanent job with an IT company. As per the new point based rules where 70 points are required to apply i guess( assuming) I meet all criteria. Can anyone tell me to apply for this point based visa my current employer need to sponsor me with a new COS ? Can I apply for this point based visa as I already doing a job in uk or it only applies for the new comers who want to come and work in uk?
