PBS Dependent Visa for My child

Hi,
Due to my child health issue, he is in India with my parents. Myself and my husband are in UK. His visa has expired and now we want to apply visa for him. Due to COVID, we are unable to travel to India. My Brother is trying to apply UK Visa for my son and my parents. So, they can travel to UK. To apply PBS Dependent Visa for my son, is myself or my husband need to be in India? If not, can you please guide - is any No Objection letter required. Could you please help us on this query?

Hi,
I think you both need to give consent letter when apply UK visa and for travel.
Also mention in the letter because of COVID19 you can not travel to India to apply his visa. i think this should be enough.
