English Language Requirement

Post by Rohanwadke » Thu Jul 16, 2020 4:35 pm

HI,

My wife is currently on PBS Dependent Visa and is now qualified for ILR.

I had a query regarding B1 SELT

MY wife is MBA and a Mechanical Engineer which was taught in English, however we do not have anything to prove that the education was in English except for Degree Certificates. Due to COVID 19 universities and colleges are closed in India so getting a letter is also difficult

Also she has been working in in the UK for past 5 years ...I assume she still have no option but to give the exam.

She either needs to do the B1 test from an approved test provider OR get her foreign degree assessed by NARIC, the English and comparable assessment.

Hi,

Managed to get a Medium of Instruction letter from my wife's college along with all her transcripts. Applied for a fast track Naric and got a CEFR C1 letter from them.

Choose Tier 1 or Appendix W dependants

There is no super-priority service atm
