Hello ladies and gentlemen can U guys plz plz help me out this question I got married in 2016 n my daughter born in Pakistan 2017 my son z born in Uk June 2019. My wife have got spouse visa in 2018. Plz note I have got ILR 2020 . I applied for my son and got dependent visa for my son July 2019 and my daughter got dependent visa 2018 with my spouse . My question is that can I apply for childs naturalisation regulations of my son now or should I wait untill my wife get ILR then I should apply for child naturalisation regulations.

You can apply to register your UK born child as British.
