There is something that I cannot get off my head.
When you submit your application, the system gives you a document checklist of with "tick to confirm that you are including this document" format.
However, the TLScontact employee who uploaded my document did not upload this form. She gave me an internal form of TLScontact to sign. I had paid for assisted service, and I did not notice at that time that she ignored the checklist.
Is it normal not to upload the checklist or use internal alternatives?
