tier 4 student
tier 2 worker and your NHS job is a second job

As it says, NHS workers or volunteers with a Tier 4 visa or any of those other types of visa have no restriction on the number of hours they can work or volunteer.

Yes, the lifting of the 20 hour restrictions is only for those NHS occupations listed in the guidance. It is not for ALL tier 4 students.

It depends. Any work you do must meet your Tier 4 work conditions, which may be affected by any current concessions.
