Entry Clearance List of Documents and Covering Letter

Hi

I had applied for my HSMP on Feb 26th and the rules got changed to Tier-1 from April. So as i have got my HSMP approval in the month of May.

So I will be coming under Tier1- Transitional category right!

1.) Can you please write to me the following List of documents(CheckList) to be filled and submitted for Entry Clearance.

2.) Covering Letter

As i already got HSMP Approval. Do i need to send my Educational Certificates, Experience Letters again ??.

Correct. You will apply using the Tier 1 process currently in place for applicants with HSMP approval letters.

I strongly suggest that you carefully read the relevant sections of your local British High Commission web site. All the requested material (except the covering letter, which is not required anyway, but which you will be able to find on these forums) is there. You will only attract criticism if you ask for information from other users that is easily obtainable yourself.
