Tier2 license timeframe & curtailment letter

Post by poshlink » Sat Aug 15, 2020 5:20 pm

hi,
I was made redundant by end of March and finally just got an offer from a company, but they are just about to apply for the tier 2 sponsor license.

Does anyone know the time frame for license application under Covid19?

Because I am worried that I will receive the curtailment letter before the company got the license.
Has anyone got the letter recently?

Will the company got UCOS to assign along with the license approval ?

Many thanks!!

8 weeks or longer.

Some have, some haven't.

Depends what they have asked for and their justification for a tier 2 licence.

Thanks for reply.

Does anyone know that if I submit one visa application, while waiting for decision I got a better offer, can I withdraw the first one and submit the second one instead?

or do I have to wait for the first decision to come out , then submit another "change of employer " again?

Thanks a lot for any help!
