Tier 2 ICT extension and PBS dependent new application together

Hi,

I came to UK on a 1 year Tier 2 ICT visa and its about to expire. My wife had not come to UK in this 1 year period that I spent in UK. Could you please tell me, when I apply for an extension, can I apply my wife's dependent new visa request along with my extension in the same application or do I have to apply it separately after my extension is approved?

Is she in the UK or in home country?? Your post isn't clear.

Currently she is in home country. She never applied/held a UK dependent visa before. Sorry, my statement wasn't clear enough before.

She should apply AFTER your visa has been granted as she will be required to out your visa details in the form.

You cannot apply for her within the UK. She must apply from home country for entry clearance visa.
